​​​Your Application is an offer to us to enter into a binding contract with us to purchase a place on the Course. We are free to accept or decline your Application at our absolute discretion.

At the point of our Confirmation, a contract will come into existence between us and you. The Contract will continue until the completion of the Course, unless it is cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms.

Please check that the details in these Terms and the Booking form are complete and accurate. If you think that there is a mistake in the Terms or the Booking Form or that they do not contain relevant information that you are relying on, please notify us and ask us to confirm any agreed changes in writing before you submit your Application

 Terms:

  1. You must ensure that you have a level of spoken and written English sufficient to allow you to participate in the course.
  2. Refrain from using any audio or visual recording equipment during classes or practical sessions.
  3. Comply with our hygiene and health & safety rules as notified to you from time to time.
  4. Conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner and refrain from causing offence or nuisance to us, our staff or other students;
  5. If applicable to bring with you any equipment and materials that we advise you to on the Website or in the Course confirmation email required for the Course.
  6. If required please arrange for a model for the times detailed in your booking confirmation email.


Minimum Age Requirement:

We cannot accept your Application unless you are aged 18 or over, By submitting your Application for any Course you warrant that you are aged 18 or over. If this turns out to be incorrect, we will be entitled to cancel the Contract on written notice to you.

Payment:

  1. Fees are payable in GBP.
  2. The Fees are payable at the same time as you submit your booking Form. If we do not accept your booking, we will refund to you any Fees you have paid within 14 days of rejecting your booking.
  3. If you do not pay the Fees in accordance with these Terms you will not be entitled to start the Course.
  4. All Fees stated are inclusive of VAT.
  5. Fees can be paid by the following methods:  on-line by using your credit or debit card.


Cancellation:

Cancellation period is 42 days (6 weeks) prior to course start date.

To cancel within the Cancellation Period you must inform us by completing the online cancellation form.  You will be entitled to a refund of the Fees you have paid, less an administrative charge of £70.  Please ensure you receive your confirmation email by return.

You may cancel the Contract after the Cancellation Period by giving us written notice, you will not be entitled to any refund of the course fees.

We do not offer an option to transfer your course or course date.

 We may cancel the Course on written notice to you, in the event of unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances.  A full refund will be offered with 30 days.
